Uganda National Lacrosse Team Try-outs dates fixed 18th-20th/Aug/2017.

Uganda Lacrosse team plans to represent Africa on continental stage.

Uganda Lacrosse Association in a bid to compete in the 2018 Israel World Lacrosse Championships will conduct 1st round of men's national team try outs on these dates 18th,19th and 20th/Aug/2017 headed by national team Coach Peter Ginnegar.

Jinja Nile Zulus beat Panthers Lacrosse 5-3 as YMCA Warriors fell 7-0 to MUBS Lacrosse.

UGANDA LACROSSE LEAGUE GAME DAY 5 RESULTS.

Jinja Nile Zulus beat Panthers Lacrosse 5-3 in a highly cheered and contested opening game at MUBS Grounds. Twesiime Liberty having opened the scoring for Panthers within the first 2 minutes of the game saw Nile Zulus scoring twice the fact they lead the game from the 1st quarter.

Jinja Nile Zulus scorers were Robert Towers 2,Olokutum John Paul 1 Kayemba Samson 1 and Bugembe Andrew 1

YMCA Warriors fell 7-0 to MUBS Lacrosse in the 2nd men's game of the day with goals from Tukire Yunus,Patrick Oriana and Castro David Onen.

In the women's category Maroon's played 2 of their fixtures winning both Maroons 11-0 Gayaza High School and Maroons 5-3 MUBS Women's lacrosse team.

The league will climax on 22nd/7/2017 with the following fixtures.

As a franchise player for Barak Netanya Lacrosse Club in Israel premier lacrosse league together with Onen Castro David,Oriana Patrick's trip to the host club of the 2018 world championship will be a more strategic expedition for team Uganda.

Both Ugandan's together with Uganda's Coach Peter Ginnegar will be on a real mapping trip to strategize on how the team will cope will the climate and also familiarize with locals who will form a big fan base for the only African nation preparing to return to the lacrosse international event on for the 2nd time.

WOMEN TEAMS IN LACROSSE LEAGUE AS PREPARATIONS FOR EAST AFRICA 7's INTENSIFY(12/8/2017).

The Uganda Lacrosse league had taken a break after the 1st round of the men's league that climaxed with Panthers beating MUBS 5-4 and YMCA Warriors condemning Jinja Nile Zulus to 9-4 rude over run on 24th/06/2017.

The league will resume 8th-07-2017 with both men's and women's fixtures.

PANTHERS BEAT DEFENDING CHAMPIONS MUBS LACROSSE TEAM AMIDST HIGH TENSIONS.

The MUBS Lacrosse team loss to Panthers lacrosse club 4-5 on 24th/06/2017 was the dawn of a new story in competitive lacrosse play in Uganda.

MUBS Lacrosse team has always dominated play throughout it's existence winning all championships including their inaugural 2016 league but the Independence cup that was won by Panthers on 8/10/2016.
In the other race YMCA Warriors outwitted Jinja Nile Zulus 9-4 that brought the league to rest after the first round of three games per team.
