Can Uganda Women Lacrosse Team dare to dream.

Can Uganda Women Lacrosse Team dare to dream 2017 FIL World Cup.

With just about over 20 months to the 2017 FIL Women Lacrosse world cup in Surrey sports park Guildford England, the most equipped and most technically polished women's team in Africa from Uganda the She-Cranes national lacrosse team can hardly dream to represent the 54 African states in the world event.

The women lacrosse project is as old as the men's that represented Uganda in the 2014 world cup in Denver Colorado. It is also the most popular amongest Ugandan youth because the program stretches in the best girls schools in Uganda including but not limited to Mount St Marys Namagunga,Gayaza High School,Vienna College Namugongo,Green Hill Academy Kibuli and Nabisunsa Girls School.

Women in team sports have been exponentially increasing distorting the culture of women can't do this and that and lacrosse is currently providing a platform to Africans to continue rising above this norm.

Can Africa put a team in the World Cup 2017,if you believe the thousand's of players in these nations need representation comment and share with your friends to create awareness about next possible big team work undertaking towards revolutionizing the game.

Africa and Uganda dares to dream on representing the continent.

Lacrosse in Uganda and different platforms.

Lacrosse in Uganda and different platforms.

How much longer can we see so many doors opened using the game predominately introduced as American and regarded as exotic to most parts of Africa and South East Asia, the time is now because different doors open up each day and those involved are continuously on the move to capitalize.
Mr Twesiime Liberty from Uganda during alive TV show.

The game while spreading like wild fire across the globe so does people involved gain a fair ground to sound there interest in being involved the game on mostly how getting involved can change a life or two.

The potential the game of lacrosse has provided to Africa moves from great sportsmanship, professionals across every sector and media personalities and stardom.

Can Africa capitalize, the answer is yes and this will be possible with your direct or indirect input.

Hopeful School Tours Makerere University Business School Kampala.

In quest to become better the human brain must be fed to the greatest and desirable inspiration and this is what the Fields of Growth aided Hopeful School lacrosse team encountered on the three day visit to Kampala where they took part in the Uganda Youth lacrosse championships.

On arrival at Nakawa the home of lacrosse in Kampala the team was led by Patrick Oriana on the campus tour of the greatest business institution in East Africa the mighty MAKERERE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS SCHOOL.

The moral is we can never have aspirations to achieve things we don't have an idea about. If a 13 year old child is to dream and have aspirations to study through University level education, they will need an imaginary thought based on what they have seen physically or in a motion picture.

I call a big thank you to Fields of Growth for a spirited fight they have since come through with to fund and build a school that now has a seed of another best generation of African lacrosse players who will also be professionals in fields of law, education, business and international relations.

Lacrosse Unites projects in KENYA.

Lacrosse Unites projects in KENYA.
The role played by Lacrosse Unites in the introduction and recent growth of lacrosse in Kenya has lately been the biggest positive highlight in the constant development of Africa Lacrosse.
Ken Kasule from Uganda Lacrosse posses with team after training.
Lacrosse a team sport like the most popular games in Africa ie soccer and cricket has easily been accepted in most parts of Kenya capital Nairobi along with other western parts of Mumias.
Speed is a core value and Kenyans are not short of it.
The deliberate growth movement of the game of lacrosse is to create a platform for African talented youth to be able to discuss development and entrepreneurship ventures and how to better the lives of those involved in the game.

Uganda Cranes U-19 lacrosse team for Canada 2016.

Uganda Cranes U-19 lacrosse team for Canada 2016.

The involvement of Uganda as a nation in international sporting events become more popular in the 1930's when documented Ugandan boxers highly punched through professional realms into 1972 Olympics where through Aki Bua of Uganda won a gold medal in athletics the same story in the Summer 2012 London Olympics where Stephen Kiprotich won the marathon event and the Ugandan flag was the last one to rise as the whole sporting world listen to the Uganda anthem and recited the Ugandan motto ''For God and my Country''.

However in 2014 the entire history of the game of lacrosse was re-written with the first Africa Lacrosse nation the Uganda Lacrosse Cranes national team taking part in the world championships where it also won a game against South Korea and Argentina respectively.

The 2016 story is different,Uganda is preparing a team to carry on the legacy of sportsmanship that is deeply routed in its history,a character developing endeavor with other attributes of re directing youth with a greater vision of competition and responsibility of the future.

Lacrosse provides aplat form to young girls to dream big.

Lacrosse provides aplat form for young girls to dream big.

When a young girl picks up a lacrosse stick in sub-Sahara Africa, they will have made a decision to study at Universities like Hopkins,Yale,Princeton and the University of Maryland.

How near to reality is this dream to a less previledged girl in Kampala Uganda who would want to be part of a success story whose life turned around because of lacrosse from a would be teenage mother to a hard core educated woman of susbstance who would stop at nothing to empower milions of Africa girls who have not come to reality with the current trend of life where all humanity deserves a flat plat form to be able to compete favourably.
Santa Marion a Uganda Revenue Authority officer speaks to Reachel and Ruth both lacrosse players.

This is to give African lacrosse programs even a better new twist of focus,to use the platform the game has provided to be able to motivate and engange in community based outreach programs for a better and empowered lacrosse world.

Challengers Silverbacks pause Liberty Foundation 2050 Director Twesiime Liberty.

The support package from the friends of Liberty and Liberty Foundation 2050 an education and sports local community based program is one way the sustainability of the Uganda Lacrosse juniors programs have remained on a constant positive growth trend.
The Director of the Nakawa-Kampala based out reach program insists the African sociey set up needs to grow horizontally in order to be able to achieve mellinium growth goal.
